The beginning Motivation post






Just started the insanity work out two days ago and let me tell you it is one INTENSE workout! I am trying to get a workout plan best suited for myself. I used to work out all the time and go to the gym be super active, but once i did the insanity video i realized i was really out of shape i have a couple pictures here of the body types i think i would have when i am finished, this is around the type body i have obviously not as fit but these girls around the body TYPE I would have.
 I am not too self conscious about my legs i would be totally fine with my legs staying the same. My arms can use some toning but mainly this is my journey to get rid of this belly WOO. 

I think what i have mainly come up with was 
1. option i will do Insanity or workouts similar to insanity like Insane home fat loss 4 days a week, and my own workout the other 3. that was the first option 
 2. option I will do Insanity 3 or 4 days per week then to the 10 minute or between 10 and 20 min insane home fat loss workouts the others maybe 3 and 3 then take one day off because both of those work outs are incredibly intense.
I have not weighed myself in about a month but for the past few months i have checked i have remained around the same which was about 172, 173  before that i was maintaining ten pounds lighter around 163 so if i am at the heavier recent weight fluctuations then it would be the first one but i will definitely have to find out, but i think i mostly want to base i on inches and how i feel.

my calorie counter online that i found and each one i find says close to around the same thing but this particular one says which i think i am going to by this one because it takes into consideration my height and a few more elements.

So if i am the heavier weight that i was when i last checked rather than my previous weight during the winter this is the guide i should be following.
so technically this is Day 3 August 08 2013 and now lets get in shape :) Yay!
