Meal 1. I had for breakfast corn flakes with a Banana in the cereal to sweeten around 300 cal roughly
Meal 2. i had a pizza wrap light cheese and a few slices of pepperoni Cal 345
Meal 3. Another pizza wrap 345 cal
Meal 4. Tim Hortons Yogurt and berries 160 cal with Top of Lemon Muffin 195 :S
Meal 5. Rice with chicken mixed in. around 242 cal Yum :)
Total calories for today around 1587 in food plus around 4 red bull :S which is 440 cal
so Total for today i had Red bull included 2027 It may not be quite that many with the muffin because i only eat the top and i couldn't find the exact Muffin to mark the calories for on the tim hortons Website. Also for you Canadians i found something pretty awesome it in all the nutrition facts for timmies check it out

Creating an Eating journal beleive is a great idea In the past when i lost 50 pounds this isn't something i did but since i gained 20 of those pounds back i am going to be doing some things a little different starting with keeping track, at least at first of what i eat. Make it cute and fun and something you will want grab and write. Scrap book your journey, Scrap book your eating diary or start a blog whatever it takes to make getting fit FUN. If it is something you enjoy it won't be hard.
August 9th Breakfast 2 eggs a 1 egg white 173 and a greek yogurt160cal
snack i yogurt from tim Hortons 160cal
Supper cup of green beans 44 Calories and 1 wrap 345 cal i mini wrap 295 with beans onions pep and 100 cal of cheese. included in the 345 and 295
1 tortilla wrap 170 Calories with teaspoon of peanut butter roughly 100 cal and nutella roughly 100cal
1547 but i had redbull so with redbull included i definitely went over my goal, I need to start really limiting my redbull because those calories do not fill me up. I also ended up having a piece of an ice cream sandwich the whole thing was 260 then i had another piece so pretty much the whole thing i thought it would stay in my calorie range and it does, if it wasn't for me drinking redbull. With the icecream Sandwich I'm at 1807 and i definitely had more than my days worth in redbull. :( better luck today as it is 7:36 in the morning on the 10th when i am writing this :)
August 11th Egg sandwich 1 egg on a English muffin
with bacon: S and a hash brown. No juice.
Later in the day I had strawberries and nutella for my
second meal, and a Greek yogurt which I didn’t
realize how many calories the Greek yogurt have it had about 260 which is crazy
or a yogurt so I think those will have to be a treat they were okay for
yesterday because other than breakfast I just snacked.
Last meal of the day I had kettle baked chips you get 32 for
170 cals and they are baked which is great and they are delicious, will be
shown.
I also found some really great snacks that I want to post
about which I will post on the home
page.
